The true benefit to the customer is having a builder involved through out the home design process giving them a complete understanding of the customer's vision. Another advantage of Design Build is designing with cost in mind. Once we understand the customer's budget, with our understanding of current construction costs we can provide customers with cost saving design solutions and establish a home plan that provides form and function within the customer's budget.

STEP TWO | Heritage believes that design and construction should be integrated in order to deliver a custom home perfectly tailored to the customer's design and functional needs. Often there can be a disconnect between the architect and builder resulting in miscommunications on the original design. Heritage has decades of design experience in both luxury plan design and budget home plans. We use the latest technology in plan design to offer customers a 3D virtual tours of their home to better help them visualize the plan before construction begins.

STEP THREE Heritage also encourages customers to make as many revisions as necessary in order to produce a home plan perfectly customized. We welcome the opportunity to work with well-qualified Architects. Getting the builder involved early on is the best way to insure that proper communication and understanding between builder and architect is established. Heritage will also gladly refer customers to qualified architects that have met the qualifications and standards that Heritage believes makes a great architect.
