Heritage Homes of Jacksonville was established in 1992 by Scott Ulm, a University of Florida Graduate with a degree in building construction and has rapidly developed a reputation as one of Jacksonville’s finest luxury home builders. Scott built Heritage with a focus on exceeding the expectations of his customers with value and quality. Heritage is a quality first company that prides itself in never cutting corners and delivering a product that is built to last. When asked what has made Heritage successful even in economically challenging times, Scott will tell you that making the ethical and often difficult decisions has been what has made his company successful. PRESIDENT

SCOTT ULM

A Graduate of the University of Florida School of Building Construction and a licensed General Contractor since 1987, Scott started by working his way through college within the construction industry. After Graduating he worked for Hubbard construction learning how to coordinate large commercial construction projects but felt his true passion was building relationships and new home construction for residential customers. Scott started Heritage in 1992 founded on the belief that customer care and quality should always come first. Scott has been happily married to Terre since 1985 and has two children, son Jason and daughter Rebekah.

CABINET DESIGN & ESTIMATING

JASON ULM

A graduate of the University of Central Florida in 2010 , Jason has a passion for kitchen and bath design and developing meaningful relationships with the people he encounters. He works with clients to understand their daily lives and develop creative solutions for making a more function home. Finding ways to add those special details that make a home truly one of a kind. When we isn't working you can find him at the beach spending time with his wife Leah and 2 dogs Koa and Bunk.

OFFICE MANAGER

TEMPLE ROMBERG

Atlanta native, Temple has found her place as a smiling face in the office. Working to keep customer files organized and further integrate Heritage's cloud based initiatives. She enjoys walking the beach as part of Ponte Vedra Beach's turtle patrol to insure the preservation of our local sea life.
